LEGAL  ARGUMENT...2007 Ch. Filly by the hot up and coming freshman sire  "Closing Argument"
out of a solid multiple stakes producing mare Erv's Duck. Now this filly here brings a really exciting complete
package with the realistic possibility of stakes success to the table. Reason being is that her dam Erv's Duck,
has produced two horses (Tribolet and Dr Freud ) both were bought by Dogwood Stables for a pricey figure
and trained in N.Y. by Todd Pletcher . The dam also produced multiple graded stakes winning horse in "Erv's
Line" with earnings in excess of 240k and was voted Champion Horse in Panama. Also, dam produced
stakes placed runners in Erv's Creek and Frontier Duck. Now with this filly being by possibly the best sire the
dam has been bred too, well this should really interject immense speed into the bloodline cross, as previously
all progenies from the dam were basically front end runners on the lead. Here now we have a sire in Closing
Argument going back to the speedy Valid Appeal bloodline, which should really make this filly some sort of a
Speed Demon. Another exciting focal point of this package is the fact that this filly is big structured, beautiful
and enourmous standing at 16.2 hands, possessing a really nice powerful lengthy stride. Yes...she can be
intimidating and is all class. She is fast ! On another positive note, Closing Argument foals are currently
heating up at the sales ring bringing sales figures as per article here.

track.

THE VERDICT IS IN...CLOSING ARGUMENT's first crop of yearlings were very well received at the sales.
He averaged $53,563 from 43 sold. His top seller was a $330,000 colt purchased by Legends Racing
(Baffert, Lukas, Zito).

"Closing Argument was not only a gifted racehorse, he is a physical standout. I have seen all of the Closing
Argument foals of Bill & Corrine Heiligbrodt and love their quality. They have great depth, balance, and
athleticism. He looks like the next leading freshman sire to me. I will be surprised if he does not sire fast and
talented racehorses."   - leading trainer Steve Asmussen

Yearlings from the first crop of CLOSING ARGUMENT have sold for $330,000, $150,000, $110,000, etc.

Total combined average for Closing Arguments foals at the sales ring as of 2009 is over 48k. Where
over 72k is for colts and over 37k for the fillies. (This is only the beginning for his first crop two year
olds).

This filly was recently vetted good in all aspects. Here's the opportunity to own a filly in which in a few months
can be a hot commodity as her sire becomes as such. Added with her dam's strong stakes producing
bloodlines and her outstanding Athleticism and Big, Strong Powerful frame, well the ingredients is plainly
there to set the stage for exciting limitless sucess to come !

NEWS FLASH: Sire Closing Argument is HOT ! as his offspring "MIDST" wins the My Dear Stakes
at Woodbine on 6/28/09, but the other exciting fact is that to justify the sires speed influence, this
filly was one fifth off the track record time for two year olds at the distance. She led at every point of
call. After this victory the filly was sold to "Lets Go Stable" and will be trained by top trainer Todd
Pletcher.
